1 jalapeno pepper
2 tbs flour
3 tbs heavy cream
2 egg yolks
2 tbs dijon mustard
1 tbs fresh chives, chopped
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 pound Lump Crab Meat
salt and pepper to taste
Breading:
1 cup flour
3 eggs
2 cups Japanese Bread Crumbs
1 cup Canola Oil for frying
Creole Mustard Sauce:
3 tbs Creole mustard
