Ground beef, potato, and mushrrom casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs hamberger
  • 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • pepper to taste
  • 6 medium potaoes cooked & mashed (or left over)
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

  1. cook burger and onion togeather
  2. place in casserole dish and add mushroom soup, pepper, and egg and mix together
  3. spoon potatos over and cover with cheese
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
