Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked chicken cubed
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 14 oz can of chicken broth
  • 1 can celery cream soup
  • 1 bag frozen peas
  • 1 bag frozen carrots
  • Bisquick mix for 8 biscuits

Instructions:

  1. place chicken, peas and carrots in casserols dish
  2. combine broth and soup in saucepan and boil
  3. pour sauce over meat mixture
  4. prepare bisuit mix per directions
  5. spoon biscuit mix over meat mixture
    (dough will not be smooth)
  6. Bake 30 minutes at 425 or untill crust is brown
  7. let stand 10 minutes before serving
